When Caglar served as Altnordu from 2014to 2016, the La Liga team tried to sign him.
Mustafa Dogru, a former member of hisentourage, has now supported his decisionto leave his present club and sign withChelsea or Barcelona during the summertransfer window.
“It is possible that Caglar can go to play for Barcelona this summer. Barca already wanted to sign him when he played for Altinordu. We have negotiated with them, and they had presented a project,” he told AS.
“But we thought that he should go to a team where he is a permanent starter, for him to develop properly. For this reason, we decided to accept the Freiburg proposal.
“I think clubs such as Liverpool, City or Chelsea have the power to sign Caglar Soyuncu in the Premier League due to their economic conditions, but we must not forget French teams. PSG could be a surprise.”
